We reserve the right to refuse to collect any vehicle that does not meet our conditions (e.g., incomplete vehicles, vehicles not owned by the seller, etc.). We may also refuse a quote if the vehicle's details provided are inaccurate or incomplete.

All quotes provided by Scrap King Swansea are free and non-binding. The price we offer is based on the information you provide about your vehicle (make, model, age, condition). Final valuation may differ if the condition of the vehicle at collection is different from the information provided. 

• We offer free vehicle collection within Swansea and surrounding areas. In most cases, collection is arranged within 24-48 hours, subject to availability.
• The vehicle must be located at the address provided when the quote is given.
• You must be the legal owner of the vehicle or have the authority to sell it on behalf of the legal owner.
• At the time of collection, you must provide the vehicle registration document (V5C) or proof of ownership.
• The vehicle must be accessible for collection. If additional work (e.g., towing from a difficult location) is required, this may incur an extra charge.

• Payment is made at the time of collection, either in cash or by bank transfer, as agreed with you in advance.
• The amount paid will reflect the agreed-upon quote, unless the vehicle's condition is not as described. In such cases, we reserve the right to adjust the payment accordingly.

If you need to cancel or reschedule a vehicle collection, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. We reserve the right to charge for any wasted journeys due to lack of notice or incorrect information provided (e.g., vehicle not being available or accessible for collection).
