No, our collection service is completely free. We don’t charge you for picking up your vehicle, and you’ll be paid on the spot when we collect it. 

In most cases, we can arrange to collect your vehicle the same day or the next day, depending on availability. We’ll work with you to find a convenient time for the pickup. 

Before we collect your vehicle, make sure you have:

• Your vehicle registration document (V5C) (logbook).
• A form of ID (such as a driving license or passport).
• Remove any personal belongings from the vehicle.

Yes, we collect non-running vehicles, no matter their condition. Whether your car is stuck in your driveway or has been off the road for years, we’ll come and tow it away for you.

Yes, when your car is scrapped, you’ll need to inform the DVLA (Driver and Vehicle Licensing Agency). We can guide you through this process and help you complete the necessary paperwork to make it hassle-free. 

We offer instant payment at the time of collection. 

Once we collect your vehicle, it will be taken to a licensed recycling facility where it will be responsibly recycled. We ensure that all vehicles are disposed of in an environmentally friendly manner, with parts being recycled or repurposed where possible. 

Yes, we are interested in vehicles for parts as well. Even if your car isn’t running or is severely damaged, we may still offer a competitive price based on its salvageable components. 

While it’s much easier if you have your V5C logbook, we can still scrap your vehicle without it in some cases. You’ll need to provide additional proof of ownership. Please contact us for more details if you don’t have your logbook. 

If you still owe money on your car through a finance agreement, we unfortunately cannot scrap it until the finance is cleared. Please settle the outstanding balance with your finance provider before contacting us.
